MEET “TEAM WEBB”

DARREN WEBB-BROKER/LISTING SPECIALIST/DAVE RAMSEY ELP/TEAM LEADER. Since beginning his Real Estate career in 1994, Darren has been recognized as one of the top Century 21 agents in the region. Using a proven pro-active marketing approach, Darren’s daily objective is to contact as many people as possible regarding Real Estate specifically asking if they, or anyone they may know, have an interest in purchasing your home. After all, sales is a numbers game!

KIRSTEN WEBB-PROPERTY MANAGER. Involved in Real Estate since 2000, Kirsten made the transition from Real Estate sales to full-time property management in 2005 specifically helping investors and homeowners who are unable to sell their homes to manage their properties. Owning investment property herself, Kirsten understands the full scope of the rental process including marketing, pricing, qualifying applicants, dealing with repair issues and the collection and delivery of rental income to property owners. Kirsten currently manages 100+ homes in the Edmond/NW Oklahoma City area.

SHARI CINK-SALES ASSOCIATE. Shari enhances our Sales Team by working with both Buyers and Sellers. With almost 5 years of Real Estate experience and a degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Business Management & Communications, she works effectively to market your home to potential buyers. She spends the majority of her mornings prospecting for new business and uncovering homes that fit the needs of our current buyers. She also follows up with each lead that has expressed interest in any of Team Webb’s listings. Her passion is to help others achieve the dream of Home Ownership!

DEBRA DEBARTELO – MARKETING COORDINATOR. Debra brings to Team Webb an extensive background in sales and marketing, technology and customer service. Debra focuses her energy on the Seller and the effective marketing of their property. She works with the Seller to prepare their home for showings and quickly gets it listed and marketed on the top Real Estate web sites and with social media. Debra also works with our team to develop systems to continually improve our performance, services and ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.

CHERISE MOREAU – LEASING COORDINATOR / SELLER FEEDBACK SPECIALIST. Cherise compliments the sales team with 15 years of Property Management experience. She assists with Property Management for our rental properties, coordinating applications, listings and repairs. Cherise provides support services to the owners and strives for 100% occupancy, while working diligently with potential tenants to find properties that meet their specific needs. Cherise is also the lead contact for feedback and communicates with Realtors to get vital real time feedback from home showings. She regularly communicates the status of showings and feedback to the Seller and our Sales Team so issues and sales opportunities are properly pursued.

MELISSA DWIGGINS – LICENSED ASSISTANT / CLOSING COORDINATOR Melissa is an OU graduate with a bachelor’s degree in sociology. Melissa, as Executive Assistant, is involved in many aspects of Team Webb’s business. She conducts research and provides statistics and material to assist our sales team with listings. Once your home is listed she oversees the details to ensure your home selling experience is a great one! She facilitates the sales process, coordinating activities between Team Webb and other Real Estate professionals in the Metro. After your home is under contract she will stay in contact with all parties involved to ensure a smooth & timely closing.

  • Full description of your home for your approval prior to submitting to the MLS.
  • Submit your home to our local Multiple Listing Service including a virtual tour and photos.
  • Submit your home to Team WebbOK.com and other various websites for optimum exposure ie; Century21.com, Realtor.com, Zillow, YahooRealEstate, VirtualTour.com etc.
  • Utilize call tracking using the digital 800-INFOHOMELINE placed on your sign. Please call (800)232-4802 and use code 600.
  • Provide you with a monthly feedback sheet informing you of feedback & recommendations from our TEAM and changes in the market place.
  • Door knocking at least 50 homes in your neighborhood letting them know about your home (weather permitting and depending on home location).
  • Calling hundreds of people daily in the Okc/Metro area who would like to buy, sell or manage Real Estate. (Sales is a numbers game!)
  • Weekly staff/marketing meetings to discuss your listing, all feedback and what we can do to get your home sold!
  • Present all offers to you in a timely manner and negotiate on your behalf to earn you the most money out of your investment.
  • Contact over the next seven days our buyer leads, center of influence and past clients for their referrals and prospective buyers.
  • Add additional exposure through a professional sign & lockbox.
  • Whenever possible, use an in-house lender (Tim White-GPN Mortgage) to pre-qualify prospective buyers.
  • Keep you aware of the various methods of financing that a buyer might want to use.
  • Follow-up with Accushow (professional showing service) and agents who have shown your home for feedback.
  • Represent you on all offer presentations to assure you in negotiating the best possible price and terms.
  • Handle all the follow-up upon a contract being accepted…all mortgage, title and other closing procedures.
